- Should you cancel your stay less than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival you are responsible for full payment. We will make every attempt to re-rent the room and if we are successful, you will be issued a gift certificate in the amount equal to the number of days re-rented and at the rate of re-rental. If you cancel your stay more than fourteen (14)days prior to your arrival date, a refund of your deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee (per room reserved), will be credited to the original credit card.
