What started out as a one-man operation headquartered in the family home, has grown into a successful small company that has weathered the economic ups and downs of the past 45 years. While our size and location may have changed, one constant remains since AWCplus began- quality service, delivered by trained staff, for a fair price.
After running several small businesses, Lisa Despart brought her extensive leadership and business skills to AWCplus when she took over as President in 2003. Through the implementation of marketing strategies, business development plans and employee recruitment/retention programs, business has grown extensively under her direction."
