- All Rooms excluding Little River Cottage: If you give us at least fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation, we will refund your deposit, minus a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, you will be charged for those nights we cannot re-rent the room or cottage. A twenty-one (21) day notice is required for holidays, and for reservations of two or more rooms. Little River Cottage: If you give us at least twenty-one (21) days notice of cancellation, we will give you a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than twenty-one (21) days notice, you will be charged for those nights we cannot re-rent the cottage. A Refundable Security Deposit of $150 plus a cleaning fee of $50 is required for all reservations at the Little River Cottage.
