- CANCELLATION POLICY: A $15 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation, unless you are a repeat guest, in which case, you will not be charged the fee. If you cancel at any point, you will be charged an additional $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 10 days of your arrival, you will be charged 2 times the nightly rate, unless we can rebook the accommodation. If we do not receive payment from you by the 2nd evening of your stay, your credit card will automatically be charged the balance due. Thank you.
