I was so impressed by Dave and Greg's level of service. I first encountered Dave around 730 pm on a Thursday (way past their hours of operation) at his shop by coincidence. My 2000 Honda Accord has just broke down in front of their shop. I was hoping to leave the car in their parking lot until the next business day. Even though they were closed, Dave took out his tools in the parking lot and got is started so I could get it home.
The next day I went back there to have them do a diagnostic. Not only did they do a thorough run down of everything wrong with my car (and let me tell you, there's a lot!), but Dave and Greg also took the time to review the diagnostic with me and gave me a priority list to focus on to get it back up and running well.
As someone who has a high standard for customer service, I was so happy with my experience and I will recommend this shop to anyone with a Honda or Acura. Their team is smart, professional, kind, and they simply do the right thing. Look forward to giving them my business moving forward!
