The machining equipment in our machine shops encompasses lathes up to 52″ Dia, vertical milling machines, manual horizontal & vertical boring machines, drill presses, metal sawing and cut off equipment, grinding machines, CNC Plasma cutter, hydraulic presses, hydraulic brakes and shears, material handling equipment, key-way cutting equipment, inspection equipment, micrometers, and bore gauges. We utilize all of the standard welding techniques in our welding shop such as mig, arc, tig, oxygen acetylene, brazing and soldering and perform precision fabrication of high-purity and small-scale projects, as well as more standard framing, flange and tubing jobs. The welding shop is also capable of repairing most metal items both small and large. In addition to welding, the shop is equipped with machinery and tools to cut and shape metals to your specifications prior to welding. Several of our welders are certified in stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel. Additional certifications available upon request.
