- If cancellation is made within ten days of scheduled visit,deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee per room. If made within ten days of reserved visit, 50% deposit will be forfeited, within 24hrs you will be responsible for the entire stay unless we are able to rebook. There is a thirty day cancellation policy for Festival Weekends, Holidays, House of Jacob functions, along with "Book the House" events. Book the House will also require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
