It was a fixed rate although the technician performed extra services. I appreciated everything about him. He showed so much credibility in dealing with my home furnace repair needs. He knew the accurate steps to solve the issues. So happy also that they only charged me a fixed cost for the entire service. The quality of the repair was great. Highly recommended company.
