My law firm is dedicated to drafting Wills and Trusts for estates of all sizes. This includes living trusts, special needs trusts, complex wills, probate and trust administration. The living trust has become one of the most powerful estate planning tools available. Its benefits include, but are not limited to, avoiding "death probate" and conservatorships ("Living Probate"), protecting children's inheritance from the surviving spouse's next spouse, asset protection from lawsuits, creditors and divorce, avoiding estate taxes, blended family planning etc. The process begins with getting to know my clients - listening and acquiring information. I then educate my clients on all of the options available. This allows the client to make an informed decision on his or her unique and customized estate plan. Our living trust and will centered plans include legal documents such as HIPPA forms, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Durable Powers of Attorney.
