America’s Rehab Campuses, LLC (“ARC”) operates high-quality, full-service, residential inpatient and outpatient, substance abuse treatment facilities via its comprehensive campus model to care for and rehabilitate patients afflicted with drug, alcohol and behavior- related addictions. ARC’s first facility is a 207-bed facility and campus in Tucson, Arizona. ARC’s Arizona Campus holds medical licenses in Arizona from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) to operate its detoxification units (47 beds; licensed April 2017), residential (160 beds; licensed May 2017), and intensive outpatient (IOP; licensed June 2017) substance abuse treatment facilities. ARC’s second and third facilities are two 6-bed houses in California, both licensed in December 2017, for detoxification and residential treatment. There are 3 additional facilities in Louisiana, Texas, and Wisconsin scheduled for a Fall 2018 opening.
