Dr. Greenspan is the former Director of Pain Management at Downstate Medical School and offers a broader scope of pain management than any other specialist in the region. Dr. Greenspan is an expert in the treatment of back pain, neck pain, joint pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, and pelvic pain. He holds a U.S. Patent in Occipital Neuromodulation which is a device used to control pain from headaches and migraines.
