- The museum offers a wide variety of dining selections: Café On One: Gourmet fare catering to adult diners. Menu selections include a roasted beet and goat cheese salad with hazelnuts served on a bed of arugula, house-smoked salmon salad with shaved fennel and fingerling potatoes served on a bed of spinach, and basil-grilled chicken sandwich with roasted red peppers and provolone served on a focaccia roll. Museum Food Court: BBQ, gourmet panini sandwiches as well as Cuban, vegetarian, smoked turkey, chicken, and BLT sandwiches Gold Nugget Café: hearty dishes inspired by the rugged prospectors of the 1849 gold rush at Sutter's Mill in California. Dishes are influenced by original mining camp recipes from the Pacific Northwest and prepared with a contemporary flair. Starlight Café: Turkey sandwiches, grilled chicken Caesar wraps, turkey cobb salads, and an assortment of desserts.

- Space Show Hours: Every half-hour, 10:30am–4:30 pm; First Friday of every month 10:30am –7pm. The Rose Center remains open until 8:45pm on the first Friday of every month.
