When I meet with a customer I first and foremost LISTEN to their needs and goals, ANSWER any questions they may have, and then HELP them analyze and create a plan to select a mortgage program that is best for financing their home. With dedicated underwriting privileges to more than 15 different banks and mortgage companies, and broker relationships with another 13, if there is a product out there, I have it!
After a loan is started I then carefully follow the entire process from loan application to loan closing to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties. We close on time!!! Our relationship doesn't end at closing, I am available for you should you ever have any questions about your loan.
