I purchased a SunL Brute 2000 from this dealer in 2007. The motorcycle began falling apart on the first ride. The headlight fell off while we were riding at night. Bolts began backing themselves out. The engine would not turn over sometimes. The gear selector pedal fell off while riding. We had to use the rear brake pedal on the gear selector so we could limp the bike home. I contacted Roger Wagner about these issues and he informed me that he was not going to do anything to fix the issues or refund my money. I filed a claim with my credit card provider. Wagner did not even respond to their inquiries and I was awarded the claim. I wrote Wagner and told him he could pick up the motorcycle - which he did. Then he filed a frivolous lawsuit against me. He wanted to keep the bike and get his money! I got a certified letter from his shyster lawyer (Chad Jones) on 05/28/2013 telling me to cease and desist any comments left about Wagner and his company on the Internet. When you're shady, I guess you don't want the truth to be made public!
