Richard Allen of All Pro Pool Tech is the only qualified military trained swimming pool contractor in Texas that utilizes the US military dive and swimming pool specifications on all pools that he makes for his clients. Richard first got his start creating beautiful swimming pools when he received a contract to serve and maintain all of the military swimming and diving pools through out the Hawaiian Island of Oahu. While on the island, Richard was trained by the military in water chemistry, maintenance and construction for all types of swimming and diving pools for the military training facilities. With every new swimming pool project Richard brings his many years of experience and military training ensuring the perfect pool for any customers needs!
