- Aligned Chiropractic & Wellness is now adding Pilates! Join us on Tuesday or Thursday evenings @ 6pm for Pilates with Laura. Classes begin the week of November 17th and run until the holidays. Sign up for a session for only $12 a class or walk in for $14 a class. When you sign up for multiple sessions, classes are only $10! Prefer an early morning or weekend class? Let us know, and we can set it up! Yoga sessions have begun! Classes run on Mondays @ 9am & 10:30am and @ 6pm, Wednesdays @ 5:30pm and @ 7pm and Saturdays @ 9:30am.
