Alamo Hy-Tech provides foundation repairs for both slab and pier and beam foundations. We use the Pile Guard system which hydraulically drives solid concrete cylinders to refusal until we achieve positive uplift to repair slab foundations. Slab foundation repairs come with a lifetime transferrable warranty. For Pier and beam foundation repair, we offer a few different options depending on what is needed upon inspection. The options to repair pier and beam foundations include: relevel & reshim existing piers (1-year warranty), install new block & base piers (1-year warranty), or install new poured in place sonotube piers (3-year warranty).
