The company's main vision is to promote excellence in affordable housing operations, development and management to positively impact cities and communities large and small.

In this process, we evaluate the quality of an organization’sgovernance, operations, leadership activities, relationships with stakeholders, and residents, ultimately benefiting their communities and the public.
