- Balances will be invoiced upon arrival. Any additional charges incurred during the stay are due at checkout. Cancellations made 7 days or less, or in the circumstance of a No-Shows or Massage No-show's or other special services, charges are non-refundable. If canceled 14 days or more before arrival date, deposits are refundable. Early check-outs and late cancellations less then 7 days prior forfeit the entire amount of the reserved stay. There is a non-refundable cancellation charge of $100 for all festivals and holiday reservations.
