This company lies to their customers. I work for a small tour company that takes our customers to the Grand Canyon. We are so upset we are filing in small claims court suite against this company. We called them for a tire repair and they charged us over $150 dollars more than what they quoted us, and WE HAD OUR OWN TIRE. They said labor was $85 an hour, little do you know they start timing your labor as soon as you call them. They were getting paid per hour before they even left their office! They were at our vehicle for probably ten minutes, our driver already had our spare tire out and ready to go. They didn t even change the tire on our rim, they just bolted and unbolted it. When they left they were still charging me labor for them to get back to their office! We paid them $300 dollars to change my flat tire to one I already had with me. I will never use this company again. We have used other repair companies on our vehicles for over eight years and have NEVER been charged round trip for labor AND milage. There is also an $25 truck charge added to our bill. This ALSO was not disclosed up front. This charge seems even more ridiculous to me than the fake labor charges, because they didn t use any supplies off their truck! What would we possibly owe you a truck charge for?
So I called to complain about the bill, and after going around and around with the man who answered the phone- we were so shocked at what he was saying to us we told him we were going to start recording the conversation. After we told him that, he hung up!! They OBVIOUSLY know they are doing bad business here, and he was scared that if we had his lies on tape they would work for us in court. The owner of this company is a liar and a coward who can t man up to his own word, because it s so outrageously false.
