At Action Karate Oreland, our mission is to empower individuals of all age groups by boosting their self-esteem, concentration, and overall fitness. Our specialized Ninja Sharks program is tailored for children as young as 3 years old, emphasizing the development of self-control. For older kids, we offer the White thru Red program, which is designed to build confidence and self-discipline. Teens and adults can become part of our Senior Black Belt program, where we focus on achieving both mental and physical balance. We strongly emphasize the importance of building a close-knit community.
