A change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation more than 30 days in advance will result in a full refund, minus $25 for processing. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation inside 30 days of a scheduled date will result in no refund being given and you will be charged the total balance due. All multiple room bookings are final and are not refundable. Once your reservation is confirmed on a mulitiple room booking, should you need to cancel or change your dates for any reason, you will be responsible for the entire amount of the rooms booked. All December, special events and holidays booking are non refundable and should you need to cancel, for any reason, you will be responsible for the entire amount due.
