- Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking the room. For this reason, we uphold a strict policy: Kindly give us 14 days' notice of cancellation, and we will refund your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival, you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations for any reason within this period will be refunded (less cancellation fee) ONLY if we are able to rebook the entire reservation. No-shows, late check-ins & early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation. Gift certificates: Once a reservation is made using a gift certificate, no cancellations or date changes will be permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Gift certificates are not transferrable.
