We combine boxing and kickboxing techniques into our workouts to give you an engaging and invigorating workout. Our workouts are never boring and changed daily. (just behind the CVS - next door to 1/2 Price Dry Cleaners.) The first workout is always FREE, WITH A TRAINER, EVERY TIME!
