Surprisingly, my request was answered promptly and the technician arrived within a minute. He's one of the good technicians from this company. He checked out the problem, told me what the issue was and what it would cost to repair. I was glad that he only took an hour servicing my oven hinge problems. The result was good. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.
