Since moving to Florida in 1985 I have worked as a realtor in Corporate Relocation, Property Management, Residential Sales and Investment Property purchases. Buyers and Investors are my niche. I enjoy working with buyers who are downsizing as well as young couples purchasing their first home as I have an education degree and a spirit of helpfulness in my nature. I own several condos personally and have had great financial success in renting them out not only for myself, but my clients as well.
I look forward to working with new people everyday and making that magic happen (like finding the right lyrics for a song or hitting the perfect chord on the guitar) it makes great harmony when I put the right people in the right home!
