- Cancellation Policy: 1. Refunds will be given up to 15 days before arrival date (less a $25 processing fee). 2. If you cancel within the 15 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable and your card will be charged half of the room rate any subsequent days. 3. If you cancel 2 days or less before you arrival, you will be responsible for your entire stay. We understand situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, but we must institute a business policy. No Show or Early Departures: You will be responsible for and charged for your entire stay. Wine Packages: No deposit is needed at booking but: 1. If you cancel before 15 days of your arrival date, you will be charged half the wine tour portion of your package. 2. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, you will be charge the full amount of the wine tour portion of your package.. **HWS Graduation, Reunion, Orientation, Parent's, Wedding weekends are NON-REFUNDABLE** Wedding Weekends: All rooms can be rented out for wedding weekends however there will be a one time additional charge of $150 added to the final bill. Off Season rates and discounts do not include any Holidays or Valentine's Day. Prices Subject to change without notice & are based on double occupancy. Late Check Out: **Late check out charge $25 per hour** Damage Policy: ***We understand accidents happen from time to time, any damages, mishaps or destruction to the property during your stay will be charged accordingly.***
