- Rooms guaranteed with credit card or prepay only. A $50.00 deposit (non-refundable) will be charged at time of booking. The balance will be charged to the credit card on file on the cancellation day. Notification of cancellation must be made 10 days in advance of arrival date. If proper cancellation notice is not given, the full amount of the room will be charged and if the room can be re-rented the balance will be refunded, less the $50 non-refundable deposit. NOTE: Rescheduling your visit is the same as a cancellation. Policy also applies to Gift Certificates.
