The worst experience ever! My daughter and son-in-law decided to take my wife and I to Disney for Mother's Day weekend. It was a wonderful gesture and they really wanted to do it right, so they decided to arrange a limo ride to and from the airport. When we landed, my son-in-law called the number that he was given and the driver told him that he was "10 minutes away" and told him where to go to meet us. We went. After 20 minutes of waiting we called. He told us he was, "10 minutes away," again. We waited. Called again, and he told us that he was not going to make it, but another driver would be there to get us soon. We waited again, and then had to call after another 20 minutes and were told that he would...you guessed it...."be there in 10 minutes." When the driver showed up, no apology, no explanation. He took us to a very nice limo and had us get in. He then spent 10 minutes trying to impress us by hooking our phone up to a USB wire that they had handing out of the roof of the car. He could not get it to work, and since we had already been waiting for more than an hour from our pick-up time, we decided just to go. Again, the limo was beautiful. We asked if there was water (figuring this was something that a limo ride would offer) and were told by the driver, that he did not have anything cold for us, but he has a few bottles of "temped water" if we wanted. The day of our scheduled pick up, we called and tried to move our designated pick-up time 30 minutes earlier, since we had not faith in their dependability. We spoke to the owner, who may possibly be the rudest person on the planet. He told my son-in-law that there was no way to move our pick-up time, and that they were not late in picking us up in the first place. He told us that he had "GPS on all his drivers" and that they were not late. He then later told us that he gave us a "free upgrade" to a better limo at our pick-up. We tried to explain to him that any upgrade is not an upgrade when it arrives 60 minutes late. This man, who told us he was the owner yelled over and over again, not listening and never offering an apology. He told US that since we were not going to be reasonable about our request for a earlier pick-up, he was going to cancel our pick-up. $250 for a one-way drive from the airport, was replaced with a $60 UBER ride that was on time, polite and professional. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Had this "owner" been reasonable, apologized, listened, and made this small and reasonable request (given what had occurred) this all could have worked out. This man was rude, abusive, and incredibly unprofessional. If I could given the zero stars, I would.
