Thereafter, purchasers are protected by limited lifetime warrantee which specifically covers defects in workmanship and materials in the pruner's forged aluminum-alloy handles.
Upon return of The Gentle Giant with original receipt, we gladly replace any pruner whose forged aluminum-alloy handles prove defective in workmanship and materials.
Please note warrantee excludes items lost by customer, parts lost, rust damage, abuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. Without exception, a copy of sale invoice or receipt must accompany warrantee claim. Please file your invoice for warrantee claims.
