Tannhauser condos in Breckenridge are located right in the heart of town on the cross streets of Main Street and South Park Avenue, just a five minute walk from the ski lifts and moments from the best restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. Range View Rentals provides a unique downtown Breckenridge lodging experience with 18 cozy 1-2 bedroom units (some are pet friendly, please inquire!), outdoor hot tubs, unbeatable location, and a friendly staff with plenty knowledge about the surrounding area.
Skiwatch condominiums are located directly at the base of Peak 8, with direct access to the Colorado Super Chair. You will love being able to access the mountain quickly on those beautiful powder days where you can almost certainly get first-chair and first tracks. We mostly have 2 bedroom 2 bath condos with a few 2 bedroom plus loft units for extra sleeping space. enjoy views of the slopes from the outdoor hot tubs and access to a ski locker room for easy transport of your equipment.

Michael and Karla, the owners of Range View Rentals in Breckenridge, have skied almost every mountain in the Summit County area, and they know the in’s and out’s of the Breckenridge mountain in particular. Michael, tries to never miss a powder day, and regularly hikes the back country areas off of Peak 10, sharing his time on the summit with family and mountain goats alike. Karla can direct you to the best hikes and short walks in the area that only locals know about, and knows where to go for good music and brews in the local scene. Range View Rentals is proud to offer affordable lodging in Breckenridge and on the Mountain. An alternative to the corporate hotels with all the charm and hospitality that defines mountain living. The great part about downtown Breckenridge lodging with Range View Rentals is that you are in immediate proximity to everything from the ski lifts to the night life. Step outside your door and grab a cup of locally roasted coffee and a cinnamon roll at the Cool River Coffee Company or Starbucks. A two minute walk gets you to the Blue Moose if you want to indulge in buttermilk pancakes the size of Frisbee’s or their excellent huevos rancheros. If you are eating in, the grocery store is directly across the street, right next to the post office. But, you also can't beat the opportunity to be at the base of Peak 8 for direct access to the lifts, Peak 6 and Peak 7 as well. Staying on the mountain is great for those who want to maximize their skiing experience by being able to ski for hours and then pop into their condo for a quick lunch (avoiding those high-cost meals at the lodge) and back out onto the slopes for the rest of the day. Town is just a quick 2 mile drive down Ski Hill Road where you can enjoy all the great restaurants and shopping that Breckenridge is know for, not to mention the beauty of the town at night. No visit to Breckenridge is complete without enjoying the beautiful river walk, which is located just one block west of 420 South Main Street.
