Weight lifting and running weren't cutting it for me, so i came to MMA Institute looking for a new workout experience. I quickly fell in love. I currently take class in kettlebells, a couple different cardio & conditioning classes, as well as a high intensity Muay Thai/Kickboxing class. I've loved everything about MMA Institute so far and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a different kind of workout experience.
